- Aji Peach - medium heat - not too peachy but more tomato and raisin flavors from the Aleppo followed by the citrus flavor of the Aji Limon. This is an excellent blend of rare peppers. Aleppo, a true Silk Road pepper originally from Syria. Aji Limon, from the Andes mountains in Peru.
